Damages and Issues

Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
